good luck getting through and booking an appointment. i have called countless times over the past month and the line just says busy with nowhere to leave a message. then when they’re «on break» you get to listen to a useless 5 minute long voice mail with no help for their patients trying to get in contact with their unreachable doctor. left a message several times in my only available option; medication renewal, yet no response. Before covid Dr Kelli Scott was always a really good doctor with my kids but anything I went to her for myself she would fluff me off and not investigate on why I was there. When covid hit she went from an okay doctor to absolutely horrible. It took me almost 4 years ( with multiple appointments for the same thing ) to find out that I was born with hip impingement, the pain was and still is unbearable. I didn’t miss my phone appointment. I booked a phone appointment . Had me down for office appointment .Because of amputation 2021. I do phone appointments. They charged me 50 buks for that. My wife and I are old age pensioners. We are good people and help others when we can. Beware , they are using a collection company to collect. Right or wrong Dr’s make GOOD money don’t they. We reported this There it is Good luck
