Not being a private patient, only Public, I had a second severe Retention problem within 7 weeks. on visiting my GP and getting a referral to different specialist was told “no we only see Private patients and that they were booked out till June/July, suggesting to scroll through Google. So i went to see Dr McClintock regarding an issue that I fully admit is a difficult issue to resolve (Chronic Orchialgia). But I can honestly say that the man is completely arrogant, uninterested, uncaring and, at least for my particular issue, totally incompetent. He was condescending and rude to me in every interaction I had with him, calling me "young fella" and talking down to me. I hate to say this, but compared to highly respected urologists such as Dr. Tracey and Dr. Yang Sun, Dr. Scott McClintok must surely be one of the worst doctors I have to endure during a clinical session. During the consultation, he came across as nonchalant, smug and even worse, arrogant. He seemed more interested in getting me billed than having the slightest concern for my wellbeing. All he really did for me was recommend me to undergo a plethora of tests and scans —oblivious to the fact that my MRI, X-rays and other test... read more
