Dr.Mann was originally my grandmothers doctor and she always bragged about him saying how he is the best doctor in the world. After experiencing some 1 star care somewhere, else I found Dr.Mann moved to WellSpan so I switched to his office. I can contest Dr. Mann is the best Doctor. He listen to your concerns go over your medical history and explains every and anything he’s doing or suggest.
