Last year Dr. Bruce Kletscher diagnosed me with interstitial cystitis, as you can imagine, it changed my life forever. I received no direction or explanation of my condition. He ushered me into the front desk area passing me a paper with a few scribbles. I handed the paper to the secretary and she asked when good times would be to schedule my two procedures. Honestly if I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. Bruce Kletscher is an awful doctor, and the staff were terrible. First time I saw him, he claimed to know exactly what was wrong with me. When he was not able to resolve the issue, I waited more than 2 months to schedule a second appointment, while dealing with pain. Then, his office people were so incompetent, they cancelled my appointment the day before, and claimed to have left a voicemail message which I never received. Fantastic Doctor! Highly recommend Dr Cheney. He is very bright and skilled. He took care of my husband for his kidney stones. My husband received excellent care. Dr Cheney is the best! He is caring and approachable. Top Doc for sure!
