I have been a patient of Dr. London for 25+ years now. He is by far the best doctor I have ever had. When I must choose a new medical insurance, I check that he is an eligible provider before I look into anything else. He is that important to me and my healthcare.. Dr. London was willing to pursue less common medical tests to dig deep into what was going on with my body, leading to a chronic diagnosis that several other specialists overlooked. He believed my symptoms when others didn’t. He has referred me to other specialists and consulted with others to ensure we don’t leave anything out. He’s consistently listened to me to figure out what medication will work best and I’m so thankful to be healthy and able to manage my illness and live a full life now.

He made me feel like I was wasting his time. He constantly interrupted me and tried to redirect me to his own answers and conclusions regarding what's wrong with me. He made me think he wasn't listening and insulted my intelligence throughout the process. He arrived at our first appt with several preconceived notions and assumptions. Doesn't seem like his listening due to lack of follow up questions. When a sick client has been to many specialist trying to get a diagnosis, it's a vulnerable place to be. Please meet your clients with the engagement and empathy they deserve.

I recommend if you have any type of seizure disorder you seek a different or specialized neurologist instead. As a young person (24) I felt condescended to and felt I was not taken seriously. He reluctantly told me I "probably" have epilepsy and that it was "not a big deal" via voicemail. I hear he is great with neuromuscular issues, but for me personally I was immediately helped so much more when I switched to a specialized neurologist who could help me go over all my options for seizures.

Doctor London was so helpful to me when I had been misdiagnosed by a highly regarded neurologist. Dr. London did not agree and encouraged further testing which proved that his opinion was correct and I did not have epilepsy. I am so grateful to him for creating that doubt in my mind and encouraging me to go elsewhere for more tests.

Best ever, really understood my complex med history, which I could now use with my Oncologist, esp with allergies. Having real prob with Chemo and will NOT! get understanding. He was great at everything! Treats you as a whole person, with caring, listens, helps. Really likes you. I really miss him. Wish I could talk to him since he left his last practice, but am so HAPPY THAT HE HAS FOUND A BETTER PLACE! GOD BLESS THIS GREAT DR. He always made me feel SAFE and CARED for in the BEST hands.
