My Mom ended up at emergency room and lucked out being assigned to Dr Ruggles. When the nursing staff says u have the best doing your surgery, it helped to calm our family & Mom’s anxiety. Dr Ruggles was very patient with Mom & our family, and answered all questions. His came daily before/during & after her surgery. He took the time to explain & sometimes reexplain what could be expected, what she had gone thru…etc. Our family is very thankful to Dr Ruggles & all the great care Mom is getting from staff on 8th floor??

Explains well Makes sure that a patient is well enough to be discharged after surgery.
Being told I needed a life altering surgery was hard to hear. Dr. Ruggles brought out a diagram and explained in detail what her was going to do. His nurses Wendy & Ann were very helpful with planning surgery and answering all of our questions. After surgery he discussed with my family how things went. Recovery was slow and hard at times, but Dr. Ruggles & his staff helped me through. I am now about 8 months out, and literally have been given my life back. Thank you Dr. Ruggles!!!
