Had Dr Fudemberg for several years. He was never on time, usually 2 hours or more late. He let me wait at Wills Eye for 6 hours once for a 2 minute procedure. That's when I left for a different practice. Would never go back to him.
Great check in and after short wait (15minutes) I was escorted back to wait for doctor. As always he was very professional and took the time to talk to me and answer the questions that I had for him. Will be back next Friday for another follow up.
As most reviewers have stated, the wait time to meet with one’s doctor is outrageous. The receptionists have to deal with upset patients which can be overwhelming, and therefore difficult to appear happy at their jobs. As is true with others, I try to be patient because I know I am getting excellent care from the surgeons. The doctors are thorough, knowledgeable, honest and care about each patient.
