First initial visit went well. I was able to discuss my condition and got positive feedback. Dr Deering, thank you.
Dr.Deering is hands down the best orthopedic surgeon there is.
I came for my appointment in middle of work and waited over an hour and the Doctor didn’t show up. This place doesn’t realize that people don’t have all day and that’s why it is called an appointment not a walk in! Over all this, the receptionists told me to reschedule like I would come back after this.
Not deserving of even 1 star! My husband and I waited almost over an hour. And all the nurses and receptionists had to say was he is still busy with the previous patient and you can wait or reschedule. Don't schedule appointments back to back or at the same time as other patients! Very unprofessional of them. You should call this a walk-in instead of an appointment!
