Terrible office they have no manners and are rude. I called and spoke with a person named Stephanie. I explained that I have insurance and needed a physician near my area and my accolade account shows MD Scott is in my network. Stephanie started speaking to someone else and then got rude to me with statements like you’re probably not covered with Scott. Dr Scott May has been my husband's doctor for several years and my husband loves his dr.
Dr. May and staff are thorough and efficient. They are friendly and the doctor has a sense of humor.
Took my kids to urgent care and was assigned to Dr May. He walked in the room saying wow ugly kids. I disclosed my son was adopted due to a medical history issue. Dr May said.. you actually wanted this kid. Next on the insult parade …He asked my kids what school they went to and they said we homeschool. He said the blind leading the blind.
