Dr. Blumenthal is a wonderful physician. However, the office staff get’s a big zero! I can’t count how many times I had to call his staff for help with my dosage and sign off on medications. To make matters worse, the front desk gave me another patient’s insurance card by accident and when I called to inform them I left two voicemails and did not receive a return call. Dr. Blumenthal's office DOES NOT return calls. I had some scheduled tests that needed to be cancelled due to a differing diagnosis tht made them unnecerssary and after repeated attempts to reach him - both by voicemail and by speaking to an office manager - to confirm the cancellation, his office NEVER returned my call. This indicates to me a total disinterest in the well being of his patients.
A factory with little personal attention.
