Dr. Coen is the kind of doctor you want for ANY type of care. He is caring, funny, and never treats anyone like just another number or with dollar signs in his eyes. He has treated my 96-year old dad twice now, and he is wonderful. He takes the time to have meaningful conversation with both me and my dad and takes the time to unravel all the techno-babble to help us make the best decisions for healthcare. I have been under Dr. Coen’s care for a little over a month and have had nothing but kindness and compassion shown to me by the entire staff. In a time where I needed these 2 things most. I am extremely grateful to this group of professionals. I highly recommend!
My mom has been under Dr Coens care twice in the past 5 years. One of which is current. She has had radiation done 4 times at 3 different facilities and him and his staff have been so welcoming and amazing. They're thorough, they give explanations that the other places did not. I would like to share my experience at the medical facility, specifically regarding the radiologist. Unfortunately, I found their behavior to be lacking in empathy, manners, and what I would expect from professionals in their field. As a caretaker of a patient here, I believe it is crucial for radiologists and oncologists to exhibit compassion and understanding towards those they are treating.
