Scott is an incredible Neurosurgeon and was amazing in 2016 when i faced confronting brain surgery. His professionalism and confidence really helped me and my family through this challenging time. He called my husband straight after the surgery and reassured him that i would be fine. I have been seeing him for follow up for almost 10 years and appreciate our check ups and banter. I really appreciate Rhonda, who is always a delight. Thank you so much for making me feel safe and supported
Campbell was cold, dismissive and lacked empathy. Reception staff were great though.
The positive is that I did not have to wait an age before getting an appointment for an administrative medical requirement. Dr. Campbell was very cold in demeanor that is rarely observed in the Australian medical profession (I was born in the UK and the friendlyness of Australian medical professionals is amazing in comparison). A medical diagnosis grade on my paperwork was scoffed at, despite not being my words and my injury was made to feel trivial. I would not recommend.
Had my surgery last week 22/04/25. Could not fault Dr Campbell and Rhonda, his receptionist. Rhonda made be feel confident while on the initial phone call for my appointment. Dr Campbell explained my upcoming procedure in terms I could fully understand and post surgery, he so kindly contacted my daughter. He had wonderful interaction with me post surgery and I would absolutely recommend Dr Campbell for his expertise and patient treatment. Thank you so very much Dr Campbell and Rhonda
