My daughter is six months has hand foot and mouth! I was questions five times are you sure how do you know... I tell them she has eaten or drank anything hours, she's been crying all day! I'm 26 and have no children , I haven't been to this office in 15 years , for the last year I've been getting bills sent to my residence. . I dispute these bills , obviously a mistake on there part , and get the run around and repeatedly am told the problem will be resolved. , after my seventh fake bill , I called , still with no answer as to why these charges have been issued . Gales Ferry Pediatrics is the best around! I deal with many pediatrician's offices in my line of work and they are the easiest and most compassionate around! The office staff is very friendly and helpful and my children have seen all but one of the doctors and they all have been wonderful! So much better than Norwich Pediatrics!!!

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER!!!!! THE WORST AND RUDEST STAFF EVER. I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS MORE RUDENESS OVER THE PHONE AND IN PERSON AND THE DIRECTIONS ARE NOT WHAT THEY SEEM ALSO IF YOUR LATE TO APPOINTMENT YOU GET CHARGE A NO SHOW FEE EVEN IF YOU SHOW UP ALSO THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK IT TOOK ME 3 MONTHS OF NON STOP CALLING JUST TO GET MY SON AND DAUGHTER AN APPOINTMENT THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY OVER LOADED WITH TO MANY KIDS THAN THEY COULD HANDLE OR THE STAFF IS JUST THAT LAZY WHICH EVER THE CASE MAYBE THIS EXPERIENCE HAS JUST B... read more

We used to live in CT and went to this doctor. There were very long waits. I overheard one of the doctors complaining to a nurse about parents asking too many questions! We recently moved to another state and just to have our records sent to the new office it cost us over $25. Not only that but the new doctor never received all of my children's records! Glad we got out of this office.

I called to make an appointment with a GI doctor there. The front desk was so rude that i hanged up and called another group near by. Doesn't seem to be a professional group.

The first review was right. When we tried to get in to this doc they said they only accepted new patients in the Gales Ferry area. We lived in Preston so they said we couldn't go. We were having problems with the doc that we had been seeing and heard that they were a good group of docs. My mother in law called and begged them to let us in. It took some doing but they finally gave in. Very happy about it too. The docs seem to really care and we never have a problem. They always answer all of our questions. I disagree with dvcdogg25. There must have been a misfire between the front desk staff and dvcdogg25. I have been using Gales Ferry Ped for over 4 years and they are wonderful. The team of doctors work from 7a to 8pm. They NEVER close down for lunch. They inform the parents of anything they see going on w/your child. When you need only a consultation, they set you up for an hour w/the doc. They'll accommodate their patients above and beyond the average pediatrician's office.
