Dr. Sulman has been my primary care doc for a number of years. I have never felt rushed at any appointments and we discuss various options when a matter needs addressed.
I have always found Dr. Sulman to be an excellent doctor and a compassionate person. He also treated my parents and they both lived into their late 90s. I like his willingness to listen to me and not suggest unnecessary tests if I don’t want them.
Dr. Sulman has been my physician for 9 years and has been excellent in many ways. He has very little time with the patient, but he really cares and listens. He had treated me for a variety of illnesses and done a good job. My only complaint is that he will not get on the phone under any circumstances and talk to his patients but that is because he is so incredibly busy.
Worse MD in the area. Burned out! Zero compassion. I honestly can't imagine a worse experience.
I think he did OK with the time they give him to see someone. You must do your homework and give him good information. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes past the appointment time. Staff is excellent.
It would be nice if he would look at the patient instead of just staring at the computer screen and typing. However, since this happens with most Geisinger physicians, he should not be singled out for this poor behavior.
Does not listen to patients concerns and uses personal beliefes instead of hard medical facts to influence diagnosis. Extreme unwillingness to fully dedicate himself to any one patients needs.
