Absolutely terrible dr. His bedside manner is terrible. Very rude. Has a attitude and is not professional. I would NOT reccomend him. Find a doctor who cares!
I share the exact same experience as a previous poster. I rarely have issues and rarely need to see a doctor. I had been seeing Dr Scott Stratton-Smith ever since I retired from The Army in 1997. I called to schedule a physical and they told me I would have to be a new patient since I had not been there in awhile. They also told me that Dr Stratton-Smith was not accepting new patients. Been going To Dr. Stratton Smith since I was young. Highly professional, I’ve never had a problem making an appointment.
Dr. Stratton-Smith has been my primary physician for roughly 20 years. I called to make an appointment and was told because I had not been there in 3 years I am a new patient and he is not accepting new patients 🧐 Are you serious? I guess if your healthy you are not a good customer! No I am not going to your lowest ranking newbie that is accepting patients, that by the way I need a new patient consult before I can see them for the reason I called. I will be better by then
I have been with Unity Family Med for 20 years. Dr Stratton-Smith is great. Ever since they switched to Regional Health I cant even get into see him. 10 to 15 minute wait times just to schedule a appointment. Anyone who works doesn't have that kind of time. They need to do something about this. Ridiculous!! I may switch Dr. Just because of this
