Dr. Norton and his team did a very difficult Root canal on a back tooth of mine. It took a few hours. Everyone is friendly and professional. It was a bit hard to find the office.
Recently I was seeking help with some ongoing tooth pain, and I consider it my great good fortune to have found that help at Dr. Norton’s Endodontist Practice. I ended up having not one, but two root canals! Dr. Norton and his staff were very accommodating to my hurry up and get these done ASAP schedule.Dr. Norton is an expert in his field equipped with the very latest endodontist tools. I called the office for an appointment, explaining that I was in a great deal of pain. I was able to get a appointment the next morning. Upon arrival I was greeted by the friendly, courteous staff. During the root canal procedure, Dr. Norton and his staff made sure my comfort was paramount every step of the way. Dr. Norton kept me apprised as to what he was doing and how long it would take. This guy is a tool. Was referred in 2018, for an extraction, that he didn’t do. Three years later, sends a $90 bill, claiming I didn’t give them my insurance information. Sure I didn’t ?? Now, he is taking me to court for $90!!! This guy is pathetic, or super hard up for $90. After leaving reviews, next step is to contact the governing body of his profession.
Dr. Norton and his entire staff are top notch professionals. My root canal was performed with the utmost ease. The 3-D Xray gives Dr. Norton a great image. Then he has a magnifier and a root measurer which make for an accurate job. This is a high tech operation.
