It was HORRIBLE Metrick is mean and nasty and I cannot believe you have him rated #1? In his own mind maybe NOT only is HE nasty,arrogant,condesending, his reception staff is horrible as well. I'll admit this was back in 2011 but my treatment was so awful I just had to tell you.
