Dr. Cook is by far my favorite doctor. Great bedside manners and very helpful. But the front office is terrible. Not all of them, but some. They're very slow about getting things done, they're unfriendly and they're attitudes stink, and they need to watch how they talk to people on the phone. Many people I know have said this and some dread interaction with them. They should look into getting better qualified people to deal with the public
