This is the first time I have ever posted a negative review, however felt it necessary to outline in writing a less than satisfying doctor, client experience. I was referred to Dr Scope by my personal doctor and recently had a colonoscopy performed by Dr Scope. I paid an initial consultation fee which was disclosed after my appointment, not upfront. I had a colonoscopy at this place. Good service - BUT referral back to doctor post colonoscopy borders on the worst health service I have ever experienced in my long life. The supposed professional Doctor Dr Ian Fok, was arrogant, dismissive and provided wrong health advice and did not look at any of my history and hence was beyond useless and negligent.
