I had Endoscopy yesterday I was super confused the whole time. Before the procedure, I was not given a clear explanation of what type of anesthesia I would receive, nor was I informed about what type of procedure was being conducted on me. I was asked to lie down, and a mask was placed over my face without any proper briefing. I then noticed a needle being prepared and asked about it, however I was not given a clear answer. Shortly afterward, I lost consciousness and have no memory. I was super disappointed by this service.
Very unorganized Lack of empathy Facilities are sub standard Communication is not clear Gap of knowledge between staff and doctors Doctors also very rough and don't want to hear the patients Patient report was mixed up Seems their whole facility is money focused than care focused.
I generally don't leave reviews, however I think our personal health is important. Dr Fok 'fit me in' 3 times over 6 months. He had no idea who I was each time he saw me. He may not have intended it, but he was condescending and belittled me for asking silly questions about my health issues, issues I've never experienced before because I'm not a medical professional. I'd visit, he'd rush me in and out within 5 minutes, charge me $200, send me for a test that would cost lots more before saying he'd follow up with me in a coup... read more

Best nurses ever, so professional and nice. Gave me extra cookies and even played the music I like. So lovely and accomodating.
