Disgusted!!! My appt started off with the only good thing I can say - the front desk young lady who checked me in - kudos to you and your attitude and I hope to see you in a better environment in the future! From there, I was made to wait for the Dr to the point I had to exit the exam room to inquire about what was going on. Dr. Fung finally came in and spent about 5 minutes to check my eyes and proceeded to hand me off to the office staff for further testing? Why is office staff testing my vision and not the Dr?. First visit today after finding Dr. Schwartz online when looking for a provider who took our insurance. I was able to make my appointment online, fill out of my pre-history forms before coming in as well. I was seen on time. Dr. was fantastic, very friendly and thorough. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Marie helped me pick out some gorgeous frames. I never felt pressured to add any extra's on, nor did I ever feel rushed. Highly recommend.

I hadn't had an eye exam in more than six years. I saw Dr. Schwartz yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed my visit, from the exam to selecting my frames. Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Schwartz answered all of my questions and the staff was great. Highly recommend!
