Excellent Doctor who listens to his patients.I have recommended him many times.
Dr. Tam and his staff have been amazing at working with us for our kid’s food allergies. They are thorough and patient centric, and I appreciate how proactive they are in getting us the right treatment. They are busy which is not surprising but worth the wait.
Extorting money out of former patients by claiming that appointments were made that weren't and charging the patient for a missed appointment, not working with patients when they never received a bill and failing to update contact information. The staff are extremely rude, talk over you, don't let you talk or ask questions, and seemingly don't understand how billing even works. Find a different allergist/immunologist, go to the city and find a better office.
