Their phone system doesn’t work and they claim it does when I ask about it and now they have taken their phone number off Google Maps so you can’t call them.
I was sitting in the waiting room for about 45 minutes and was shocked at what I heard. The young receptionist openly complaining about clients saying personal information for everyone to hear. I heard her say "Give me one reason why I shouldn't close the phones an hour early" to the other receptionist, and she replied "we are two we can answer them." You could literally die pressing redial before someone answers the phone. I have put two eight-hour days into pressing redial and still don't have an appointment.
