We love this our dr here. She's so kind, patient and loving. We were extremely lucky to find her and her accepting our son as her patient. Super friendly staff as well.
Have had Dr.Archibald since he started. Marvellous doctor to our family. Husband had a small cough and could not get an appointment with Dr. A so got one with nurse Practioner. She told him he had a virus and prescribed pills but told him not to take them in case he got better. Hmm we came home and he took one and another in the evening and 12 hours after seeing this Practioner he passed away while sleeping. Congested heart failure that she did not catch. Not only is my physician located here but one of the most customer oriented pharmacies I've ever dealt with is as well.
Called 30 times throughout the day on Tuesday to try and connect with the clinic, had to take the afternoon off to go in and book an appointment. The clinic was completely empty and yet no one answers the phones. I am worried my two elderly parents are going to be screwed if they ever need something urgently. The machine tells you to leave a message and they will get back to you, last time I did that was 2 months ago and I never heard back.
