I had an extremely concerning experience with this office on 4/6/26 regarding my father’s insulin, which is a life - sustaining medication. Dr. Setaruddin Sazia has bad attitude and bad behavior with all patients. It’s unbelievable. We don’t know who gave her a job at Best Medical Care.We are going to change our PCP. I would honestly give her less than a 1 star if there was the option. Unfortunately, I don’t recommend her to anyone or anybody. She should NOT work in the medical field.

I recently visited Best Medical Care with my mother, who sees Dr. Sazia Setaruddin as her primary care physician. I requested a simple letter summarizing her existing medical conditions — such as hypertension, arthritis, insomnia, and anxiety — but Dr. Setaruddin refused, saying her blood pressure was “fine” and a letter wasn’t necessary. "Dr". Sazia is extremely arrogant and dismissive. Her condescending and unprofessional attitude was unacceptable. To make matters worse, she started walking out of the room before I was even finished speaking, as if my concerns didn’t matter. She clearly thinks she’s above others just because of her "degree," but her behavior proves otherwise.
