I recently visited Best Medical Care with my mother, who sees Dr. Sazia Setaruddin as her primary care physician. I requested a simple letter summarizing her existing medical conditions — such as hypertension, arthritis, insomnia, and anxiety — but Dr. Setaruddin refused, saying her blood pressure was “fine” and a letter wasn’t necessary. "Dr". Sazia is extremely arrogant and dismissive. Her condescending and unprofessional attitude was unacceptable. To make matters worse, she started walking out of the room before I was even finished speaking, as if my concerns didn’t matter. She clearly thinks she’s above others just because of her "degree," but her behavior proves otherwise. Dr. Setaruddin Sazia has bad attitude and bad behavior. It’s unbelievable. We don’t know who gave her a job at Best Medical Care.We are going change our PCP. I would honestly give less than a 1 star if there was the option. Unfortunately, I don’t recommend her to anyone or anybody. She should NOT work in the medical field.

Don't bother wasting you with her most arrogant and rude person i have ever seen. She probably worked so hard to just get qualified to get a doctor's degree that she forgot to learn patient rights or about any general regulations. I asked to refer me to a different doctor, and since my condition, i needed a letter saying, "i need a few days' leave of absence," and she goes thats my job.
