I had an extremely concerning experience with this office on 4/6/26 regarding my father’s insulin, which is a life - sustaining medication. We contacted both the insurance company and this office to handle the prior authorization urgently. Dr. Setaruddin Sazia has bad attitude and bad behavior with all patients. It’s unbelievable. We don’t know who gave her a job at Best Medical Care.We are going to change our PCP. I would honestly give her less than a 1 star if there was the option. Unfortunately, I don’t recommend her to anyone or anybody. She should NOT work in the medical field.
