He is attentive, very patient, and truly dedicated to his work. I would give 5 stars. However, the clinic in Laval is very difficult to reach by phone, as the secretary staff does not respond. I am often forced to drive one hour and go in person for matters that should be handled over the phone. Other than that, he is a really great doctor, but the secretary staff needs improvement.
