The receptionist for Dr. Sawjin Tew at Dee Why was downright rude and dismissive. Did not address me, called my name twice and then told me to sit back down. I was standing, waiting for a receipt for 5 minutes once I paid, and there was no “Thanks for waiting” or “Sorry this is taking a while!” - just “here’s your receipt” and a flat look. A terrible experience with her. As for Dr Tew, I was charged $190 for her to tell me that my condition couldn’t be fixed with her, after my GP assured me she would be able to.
