Takes forever to connect to Front desk and speak with a rep. Put me on hold several times even before competing my conversation.
A dedicated doctor that truly cares for her patients. Another physician who knows her, told me that whatever she decides would be best for my health, don’t think twice,go ahead with her expert advice! I’m doing exactly that and I feel blessed that somehow I was fortunate enough to have her as part of my medical team.
Dr Balaraman treated my father for stage 4 throat cancer. I can say we are very happy with all of our direct interactions with the doctor, and ultimately with the course of treatment administered. However, there were major issues with the office when it comes to organization and communication. It seems that the patient load is just way too high for the doctor and staff to handle effectively. I am grateful for the expertise of Dr. Balaraman. My mother is alive because of her. She found a mass that was pressed against my mother's spine that required immediate surgery to remove it due to its placement. Had the mass not been found it would have resulted in a stroke or permanent paralysis. Thank you Dr. Balaraman for being a caring doctor that listens to patient concerns. She is a blessing for our family and because of her, my mom is recovering well. I'm glad to know that there are still caring human beings among us.... read more
