Consider this a minus 5-star review. This doctor's office practice is the most unprofessional that I have ever encountered. The staff does not confirm appointments, they do not inform you about a cancelation, they are downright rude. I could go on. I can hardly wait for the day when I don't have to go there anymore.
Dr. Balaraman is an exceptional doctor who truly cares for her patients. During our first visit, she was able to quickly diagnose my husband's condition and had us directly go to the ER. Unlike other doctors we had seen for eight months without any progress on this problem, Dr. Balaraman listened and figured it out. I have been a Cancer patient with another hospital for 9 years. Recently I change to Beaumont specifically Dr. Balaraman. I couldn't be happier with the new course of treatment and Dr Balaramans professional and caring service.
