I am grateful for the expertise of Dr. Balaraman. My mother is alive because of her. She found a mass that was pressed against my mother's spine that required immediate surgery to remove it due to its placement. Had the mass not been found it would have resulted in a stroke or permanent paralysis. Thank you Dr. Balaraman for being a caring doctor that listens to patient concerns. She is a blessing for our family and because of her, my mom is recovering well. I'm glad to know that there are still caring human beings among us.... read more
I will always give Dr. Balaraman five stars. She is an exceptional Oncologist. Now her staff some are students that needs improving. My visit today was a noon appointment. By 1:00 I was told they had my chart and it would be another 10 minutes. OKAY, By 20 after 1:00, I left to go home. Why assign us appointments and not take us to be seen? If I had stayed it would take 30 minutes for Dr. to review my blood results. Then another 3 hours for treatment. I would be there 4 to 5 hours. This is the most ridiculous office ever. My 90 year old mom who needs to come for treatment 3 weeks a month sits for HOURS just waiting waiting waiting. When she sees the doctor, the doctor can’t get out of the room fast enough. She may be a good doctor but no one should be subjected to this week after week especially sick people. It’s a disgrace.
Consider this a minus 5-star review. This doctor's office practice is the most unprofessional that I have ever encountered. The staff does not confirm appointments, they do not inform you about a cancelation, they are downright rude. I could go on. I can hardly wait for the day when I don't have to go there anymore.
