I am "newish" to Las Cruces & etablished care in February 2025. I have seen Dr Burciaga but primarily see Nurse PRAC Heather Lugo. When calling to schedule they are ALWAYS able to get me in within a couple of days & upon arrival ive not waited longer than 10-30 min. Office mgr Joel, front desk staff, and all medical techs are knowledgeable, helpful, & kind. When requesting refills the turn around has been a day or less.

My primary care for 10+ years since he was at the Free Clinic LC and now as I have chosen to retire in Las Cruces where he now has his own office in Mesilla NM. A+

I can’t even begin to express how horribly I was treated today. I think Dr Saul is a really nice man, but I feel that I wasn’t taken seriously in the past so, today was my first time with Dr. Molinar… one of the rudest inconsiderate people I have met, period. From talking over me consistently, to literally cutting me off mid sentence to end the appointment and Taking what I say out of context. I’m not coming back. And if you’re looking for a Dr in Cruces, I don’t recommend them.

The staff was NOT rude but they weren't necessarily pleasant either. Aside from that, Dr. Burciaga made me feel uncomfortable. I had to see him out of necessity. I am personally more comfortable with female doctors, but you had to see him first, it was required. I would NOT go back.
