I’m a straight shooter I think the doctor is great, pleasant and very very welcoming . Dr Singh being in charge of my care was important to me because he seems very knowledgeable but man that receptions is soooo fiesty. I don’t think she liked that I rescheduled my appointment. I called to get my appointment date again and even told her please don’t be mad again. It’s hard to trust healthcare professionals because your life is literally in their hands…… But thank god for DrSingh, he is worth going back and ensuring my health... read more

Office staff is rude. Not helpful. Gave me 3 different times for a colonoscopy appointment and could not explain why when I am trying to coordinate transportation. Appt was canceled, they gave me a hard time with a refund. When I asked to speak with the doctor, the staff refused, when I was understandably upset, staff hung up on me. This is the worst medical staff I’ve ever dealt with

The receptionist was an islander woman who was so rude. I made this appointment and no one expressed the suite number or the type of facility. I also didn’t ask because I assumed that I would get there, walk in and the doctors office would be common sense to find. I get there and this is a large facility. I called and asked for directions on how to find this doctor. This woman is talking to me like I know where I am or where I am going when I expressed several times this is my first time here.
