I agree with the comment below. I took Annual leave to get myself signed up as a new patient, my husband did the same. Then when taking time off to get my daughter signed up, she had an accident making me 5 minutes late and they turned me away. I drove all the way to Birch Run because a friend gave me a great review of this place. The office was a ghost town. They are never busy so I just don't get why any office would do that to someone? Dr. Patel and his staff have always been quick to get my family in. I have not had that long of a wait to be seen either. They have always been nice and polite to my family. I know that if you want to be a new patient anywhere, sometimes it will be awhile before you get in. Honestly they have helped me through my sons asthma and have always gotten him in the same day. I feel bad for anyone that feels they need to give Patel and his staff a bad review because I feel they go above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone!!
Stay away from here. Dr Patel and staff are incompetent. call and make an appointment and they schedule it for 30-35 days later. 50+ minute wait but if I'm 5 minutes late I get rescheduled for 30 days later. that's really helping the situation. I spend more time and money at the after hours clinic because this guy can't be troubled with patients. Do yourself a favor find a real Doctor. If it's an emergency and it's Dr Patel or the local Veterinarian try the Vet first.
