Worst exsperience, I ever had 2 weeks ago I had a endonoscopy, and colonoscopy, came home one hour and a half I was at the emergency room throwing up , diaria , 102 fever I called to speak to the Dr the people at the office were no help rude as ever , on the release form it says called your Dr. If you have any complications I did and to this day I haven't gotten a call back from him , the hospital said they tried calling him and couldn't get a hold of him , the hospital said they gave me to much anestia that's why I got sick... read more

I would not recommend for anyone to go here too much discrepancy very rude Also the staff has no Knowledge of patience medical status. Pleas be carful of sending your loved ones here.

One of the receptionists is very rude, they never answer or return calls on time. I’ve always had problems trying to get my questions answered and someone to answer the phone period. If I could give no stars I would. Definitely going to find another GI doctor.

Impossible to call and talk to someone. Very incompetent office staff.

The reason for the 2 stars is because of the office staff. Dr Iduru I give a 5. Have been a patient of his for 3 years and he has helped me treamendously. As far as the office staff, they are rude, leave you on hold for 10 mins and you have to call back just to get the same thing. They dont submit refill requests to Dr Iduru in a timely manner and you have to call 4 to 5 times to finally get your medication. If you have any questions and they say they will call you back, don't hold your breath, not gonna happen. Very aggrava... read more
