Dr Araghi cares for his patients he takes the time to get to know them. If needed he will refer you to a specialist.
Went for a physical and he just asked "what prescriptions do you want." Never even looked at me. I can't believe these 5 star reviews. Every time I've been there it has been terrible service from the office staff. They are rude. One time I checked in and made a payment for a previous visit and waited over and hour to be called. When I asked why I was still waiting she said "oh I thought you just wanted to make a payment." Huh? You literally told me to have a seat and wait to be called.

Northwood Medical has provided the best care for my husband and I that we have ever received from any provider. We have been going to Dr. Araghi and PA Sayeh for years. They truly treat you as though you are one of their family members that they are treating. I can not praise the entire staff at Northwood Medical enough. Everyone who works at his practice is wonderful! Unlike other medical facilities, the waiting time is minimum. Doctors are wonderful and they actually take their time to listen and understand. Their service goes beyond a visit. They truly care about their patients and their well being.
It was a very positive and value added visit. All staff members very friendly and provided professional services with a smile.
