He was my primary Dr for 8-10 yrs he is not in a group and has over 1000 patients , but until I started to have problems with my health it would take him 4-5 days to get back to you thu the portal and he couldn't keep a nurse on staff. I switched Primary Dr and went with a group so when I needed to speak with a nurse or have questions answered thu portal it was done within 24hr. So happy with my new Dr
