The systems for communication and scheduling are awful. Every time I have to deal with this office I have problems. My most recent appointment was canceled and rescheduled without my confirmation because one of the staff made a mistake. I showed up for the appointment only to be told I had to wait an hour. The staff is short with patients and talk over you

Dr. Kurella was incredibly thorough and patient, took her time understanding my family member’s disease and diagnoses. I highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking for considerate, respectful care.
Dr. Kurella is a wonderful doctor. she is kind and patient.she takes the time to build a relationship. the staff on the other hand leaves alot to be desired.they are rude and dont care about the patients.
The staff members in this care facility are very friendly and helpful. I am grateful for their support, including the front-desk staff and the nurse. My annual physical exam visit to Dr. Kurella was an entirely different experience. A friend had suggested her as a primary care physician, and the office was very close to my place.
