Dr. Arora is nice and knowledgeable and caring. But office staff are hard to get a hold of.
staff is unreliable for returning calls for scheduling. staff puts one on hold for 10 minutes without explanation. doctor does not return call.
bad bad service by staff but on hold to long and will not call you back
