Attentive doctor and staff. They hear the patient’s concerns before diagnosis. Doctor gives enough time to know the issue. Definitely will recommend.
☆☆☆ As a kidney transplant recipient, I expected a nephrology practice that would provide appropriate follow-up and be available when problems arose. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Communication is extremely difficult. There is no patient portal, no on-call physician, and getting a return phone call is nearly impossible. When concerns arise, I felt I was repeatedly redirected to other providers rather than having my transplant/nephrology issues addressed.
