Dr. Galanes is thorough and wise. I have always felt she took my concerns seriously. She has been my primary physician for at least 15 years. I value her insight and experience.
While I think Dr. Galanes might work well for younger patients, the elderly do not seem to be her specialty. When challenged she immediatly wanted to refer me instead of dealing with a simple but important issue. I am an advacate for my mom and I'm glad I am able to be as this Dr does not appear to have the time to go over and sort things out unless it's on her terms. She is polite but the inference is there. For those advacating for your loved ones this in not the dr. for you.
