I'd neglected my teeth for a few years now for a few reasons. I called Dr. Sarathy Amanjee on a Sunday for extreme pain, he evaluated me on Monday, and treated me on Tuesday. At no point did he or his staff make me feel guilt or shame for not properly prioritizing dental care the last few years. The rates (for me and my insurance plan) were more than reasonable. Dr. Sarathy changed my opinion on dentistry.
