Cancelled the appointment I had for three months with only 6 days notice for no good reason. Couldn’t rebook another for over 6 months. Very unprofessional. Which is surprising as every other doctor I’ve seen from Brigham Health has been wonderful. Won’t be using him again.
Dr Reddy and the entire staff are the most patient, compassionate, and professional group I have ever dealt with! From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with kindness and respect. They immediately put me at ease, which is not an easy thing to do! I highly recommend Dr Reddy and his amazing team!
