I have left muppana's office since the last visit I feel like the whole practice is a scam and now they are overbilling me I think it is a horrible practice, when I started going over 5 years ago it was OK. now it is horrible. I have 3 pages of complaints in my own personal files re care and treatment there. I hate to give this a star because zero would be more accurate.
This office is extremely unprofessional. Even just trying to contact them by phone and reschedule an appointment was difficult. The waiting room, the exam rooms, the reception area, are crammed full of stuff and hardly looks like a typical medical office. I thought I was meeting with the doctor, but she wasn’t there and I ended up with an associate. The appointment was not one that leaves you feeling confident, and I would not return there.
Have been seen by Dr Mupanna and Kathleen but have to acknowledge that Dr. Muppana has some of the most thorough and caring interns in her office. Today Dr. Ash did my intake and has simply superb!!
DR Muppana is one of the most amazing, patient and caring Doctor I’ve had. I got my life back because of her. She is attentive and has the kindest heart and compassion with her patients.
Our experience with Dr. Saras Muppana at the Plymouth office has been excellent.
