I have nothing but incredible things to say about Dr. Reghunathan. My mom was dismissed by another doctor and told nothing was wrong. Dr R found the problem. She had eustachian tube dysfunction and Dr R performed a balloon dilation procedure. It helped my mom amazingly. Dr R makes you feel so comfortable and heard. She takes all the time you need to have your questions answered and explains everything with detail. She also has great compassion for her patients. I was overcharged. This was my first doctor's visit since starting Medicare which had become effective the day before. The doctor's policy is to charge the full amount of the Medicare deductible available. I explained to her that I was advised by Medicare not pay on the day of the appt and to wait for them to process the doctor's claim. I didn't know what Medicare would allow for the visit and was not provided with a bill or any detail of services and allowable charges.
