This review is for their poor management with the insurance people, Anna. She called me to say they weren’t in network with our insurance, but our insurance is an open network plan and all providers are accepted and worked with. I was so relieved when I met Dr Reghunathan. She listened to my concerns and immediately calmed my fears. After exam, she proposed treatment. Treatment when very well and I have healed. Dr Reghunathan's knowledge, confidence, and explanation to me is excellent.
She is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend her!
I have nothing but incredible things to say about Dr. Reghunathan. My mom was dismissed by another doctor and told nothing was wrong. Dr R found the problem. She had eustachian tube dysfunction and Dr R performed a balloon dilation procedure. It helped my mom amazingly. Dr R makes you feel so comfortable and heard. She takes all the time you need to have your questions answered and explains everything with detail. She also has great compassion for her patients.
