If zero stars could be given, that would be the rating. We called this office looking for help. I had left a voicemail for my husband (per his request) requesting a call back to discuss a possible new patient appointment. A text was received stating :"Please be advised that if the appointment is for your husband then I would need to speak with your husband directly and no one else". That was definitely understandable.
