Dr. Steele is an excellent therapist. She is attentive, empathetic, challenging, and supportive. When I started therapy, I was in active crisis and not doing well at all in any aspect of my life. Dr. Steele has been practicing in Albuquerque, New Mexico since 2005. She provides excellent therapeutic services. Patients that I have referred to her have received the help that they were seeking and achieved their treatment goals. She has a combination of training in evidence based treatment, warmth, and caring style that empowers her patients to get better.
Dr. Sarah Steele is a devoted therapist, and she strives to help her patients improve their lives. Using a multi faceted approach, she does this by connecting with them empathetically, giving them research based strategies, and meeting with her client and those in relationships with them, to offer systemic support.

This Dr is the absolute worst! She does not care about peoples well-being! Im not sure why she is in this profession! Do not deal with her.
