Everyone there was polite,helpful and professional . The Doctor was able to diagnose a coughing issue my dog has and was assuring that it was not a life threatening situation. He was enncouraging and someone I trust with my "baby boy". 1
In January I brought home a puppy that can only be described as mischievous. Since that time we have needed to be seen same day several times due to his habit of eating anything he can get his mouth on. In each case the team at A-Animal have found a way to make sure he gets the care he needs. They even got us in when I called at 3pm on a Friday panicking because my then 4 month old puppy had swallowed a hair scrunchie whole. We saw a Vet that had just started that day. His name was Carl. This was the best vet I have experienced in a very long time. The time he spent answering our questions on both dogs was effortless. There was no rush and he even made the one dog that barks at everything let him hold him with no problems what so ever. He even complimented my son on how well he takes care of his dog. This type of care was greatly appreciated.
Everyone is very friendly and has good bedside manners. I feel like my kitty is always in good hands. Thanks so much for taking such good care of her.
