Ty and Dr Nancy Coughran was very compassionate with my little elderly dog,very caring and that means alot to me.
I was very pleased with the staff and doctor each one was kind and very helpful. Thank you taking care of my Chloe!
They were fast, kind, and efficient. I loved that the vet and assistant sat on the floor to get down with my dog, who was new to them. They made both her and myself feel comfortable! On my second visit, the oral booster was dine within minutes and we were on our way again
The reason for my visit was of the final variety. Once we had arrived we were immediately directed to a room with a blanket laid down for my dog. They had remembered that he wouldn't even think of laying down on the tile from his visit a week earlier. The assistant then walked us through all the details of what was about to happen. He then took Fisher to the back for one last detail. When he brought him back we shared some, tears, hugs, memories, and more hugs with our beloved Fisher.
