Go see Dr Sarah if you are struggling with fertility! I have pcos for many years and my periods were all over the place. I worried I was never going to have a baby. My family doctor wanted to put me on birth control to regulate my periods, but it doesn't make sense to me to go on birth control when you want to get pregnant. Sarah is an awesome doctor, very patient and an active listener. That’s my second appointment with her and she went through all my blood work results in a clear fashion, explaining me what I do need to do to improve my health by changing my eating habits and/or getting the right supplements. I got a vitamin D shot and her hands are lightweight. Last time, she referred me to a physiotherapist and that is helping me a lot. Next time, she will teach me some breathing exercises to alleviate my stress.
