Horrible experience! Im from Roswell and drove 2 hours to Clovis my appointment was at 830 am, all for the lady to tell me “oh we don’t take this kind of insurance!” I talked to the same lady over the phone day before gave all my info over the phone and drove the 2 hours to get told that! Unprofessional and I waisted my gas and my day off for this! Do not recommend!
Horrible experience, painful listening to her chatter needlessly for 30 minutes instead of moving on to the next waiting patient.
Very pleasant experience! The staff was very accommodating. I was able to get a procedure done the same day of my first appointment. During the procedure they communicated and moved as a flawless team. Kind and compassionate care!
