Hi Sarah O'Connell your the best Dr have, Donna
She is absolutely brilliant, compassionate, thorough. Listens intently and assesses medical issues thoughtfully, ordering tests, etc. Above and beyond.
I've been seeing Dr. O'Connell for over 10 years now. She's fantastic. She takes the time to listen to any concerns I have and I have the utmost confidence in her. The SSMC practice is great. When I can't get in to see Dr. O'Connell on short notice, I never have any issues scheduling with another doctor or NP in the practice.
Totally cold. Not a people person at all. Can not write a prescription properly, needs 3 attempts to get it right. This level of incompetence is expected from high school students, not practicing doctors. Needs her medical license revoked.
