I would absolutely recommend Dr. Sarah to anyone looking to get out of pain and into better shape. She is knowledgeable, friendly and caring, and it is clear that she wants you to get better and works hard for you. Highly recommend!

I have seen many different chiropractors over the years and I can say without a doubt Dr. Gardner is the best in the business! I had persistent SI pain and lower back issues that have been difficult to get under control and she has given me more relief than I ever expected! Her approach, that involves a lot of deep tissue massage, and the results keep me going back. Not only is she excellent at what she does but her sweet, genuine personality is the icing on the cake!
I have some experience with chiropractors, but none with deep tissue massage- until I started seeing Dr. Gardner! She is great. I always feel very comfortable the whole time and my back and shoulders feel amazing afterwards! She is very relatable and super at what she does! I recommend her to everyone I meet.
