I'm going to put a 5 star rating but I've never been to this doctor. I heard good things about her, called to see if she's accepting new patients. I was told yes, she was. I asked when the next available appointment would be and they said at the END OF 2026. That would be one year and two months from today. So clearly, she's a good doctor or she doesn't work a lot. Good luck getting in!
I'd give 0 stars if possible. I scheduled my appointment a year out to see Dr. French and it was cancelled, with no reason after I'd waited 8 months. The next available appointment would be an additional year+, having me wait 2 years to see the doctor. The office has zero empathy for patients and says there's no way for me to be squeezed in sooner. If you' relooking for a new doctor, I'd avoid this office at all cost since they clearly don't care about patients.
Dr. Sarah French is an excellent provider. Never had any issues with her. Most definitely thorough with your care. Couldn't ask for more in a physician.
Amazingly detail-oriented and kind doctor. She is always willing to take her time and listen to our entire family's concerns and health issues, and actually address them as needed. Best experience in the area for us. Thank you!
So far so good! She is caring for my mom and my mom is doing a lot better. Thank you Dr. French.
