This is the second time I’ve tried to see Dr Bernard. First time I had to wait two hours because she had a patient go into labor. Today I was leaving for my appointment which was in 20 mins and I get a call she’s with someone in labor and it will probably be a few hours so they needed to reschedule me. I understand that people go into labor but there comes a point where you ask yourself since I’m not pregnant do I even matter to this doctor?
I did a lot of research looking for an OB who had a reputation as a kind and caring physician with a good bedside manner. Sadly, I'm not sure how Dr. Bernard got such good reviews because I found her to be rude and insensitive. I saw her three times and finally I couldn't take it anymore. Really disappointed by her.
Dr. Bernard is the most sweet and caring doctor I have ever had! I would recommend her to anyone.
I only met Dr. Bernard for a few minutes and that few minutes was fabulous. Something about her made me feel so much better and like everything is going to be ok. I was in labor and delivery and it's like she came to my rescue, hope she gets to do my repeat cesarean soon!
