At first she and her staff is a fantastic and then…. Can never get a call back from anyone at Sarah Cleckler’s office if you need a refill or have a question. The NP, Grace, we (my daughter and I both) saw 3-4 weeks in a row every single Friday would never give my daughter an antibiotic, took her to the ENT near Union Hospital said she had a horrendous case of tonsillitis. I called a got an antibiotic from Teledoc after every single week being sick for a MONTH! Immediately gave her an antibiotic. The ONLY person who cares in... read more
I have been a patient for about a year or so. The patient care here is mediocre at best and getting a prescription is almost impossible. I have been waiting on a pre approval for over 2 mos and they keep forgetting to do it…. Which by the way, takes 5 minutes. I can NEVER get a call back from the office. Please find a different doctors office if you can. I do not recommend.
